MOHID Course in Turkey

Following the 2006, 2007 and 2008 MOHID International Courses, the MOHID development team has organized a new course in Sarigerme, Turkey from 19 to 23 October 2009 in collaboration with the IGEM Akademia Training Institute.

The course was held at IBER Hotel in Sarigerme, Turkey from 19 to 23 October 2009 and it is organised by IGEM Akademia Training Institute in collaboration with the MOHID developing team and Instituto Superior Tecnico.

Program

The course was designed for MOHID user at the initiation level or that wish to consolidate their knowledge in applying MOHID in coastal and estuarine areas. The course will overview the basics on hydrodynamics, sediment transport and water quality, with a specific block on how to link the SWAT model with MOHID, taking advantage of the SWAT course being held somedays before.
